2. Simulation and portfolio activity: When you participate in job simulations we process your submissions, task progress, assessment results, feedback and the work you choose to publish to your portfolio.

3. Order and payment information: When you enroll in a simulation we record the details of the order, such as the simulation, amount and payment status. Payments are handled by the payment providers available on the platform, and we do not store your full payment card details.

4. Non-personal information: We may collect non-personal information about visitors when they interact with the site, such as browser name, device type, operating system, internet service provider and similar technical information.

5. Cookies and similar technologies: The site may use cookies to improve your experience, keep you signed in and remember preferences. Browsers store cookies on your device for record-keeping and, in some cases, to track information about your visits. 3. Portfolio Previews and Your Published Work

TURNVE lets learners build a portfolio from completed simulation work. An entry appears in public portfolio previews only when all of the following are true: the simulation is publicly visible on TURNVE, the owning organization has made the task available for portfolio preview, and you have chosen to publish a graded result.

Public portfolio previews show limited information, such as your display name, avatar and professional headline together with the simulation, task and the work you published. Preview pages do not display your email address, phone number, address, private files, internal notes, marks or graded feedback. You can withdraw a published entry at any time from your learner dashboard, and doing so does not affect your enrollment, progress, assessments or certificates.

4. How We Protect Your Information

We adopt appropriate data collection, storage and processing practices and security measures designed to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction of your personal information, username, password, transaction information and data stored on the platform. Access to restricted simulation content and portfolio information is checked by the platform on the server before that content is shown to any visitor or account.

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity carried out under your account. Please notify us promptly if you become aware of any security breach or unauthorized use of your account.

5. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with the organizations that deliver the simulations you join, to the extent needed to review submissions, provide feedback and manage your enrollment, and with service providers that support the operation of the platform, such as hosting and payment providers.

We may also disclose information where required by applicable law or where reasonably necessary to protect the rights, safety and security of TURNVE, our users or others.

TURNVE may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by TURNVE. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies or practices of any third-party websites or services. • You can publish or withdraw portfolio entries at any time from the portfolio section of your learner dashboard.
